About Bas
Bas Kodden is a Scientist-Entrepreneur, speaker, and researcher in the field of leadership. He is the Professor and Director of the Executive MBA program at Nyenrode Business University, known for his books: The Art of Sustainable Performance, The Devil Inside, Out of control and Rebels must be facilitated.
He has spent more than a decade studying rebels at organizations around the world, ranging from high-end boutiques in Italy's fashion capital, to the world's best restaurant, a thriving fast-food chain, and an award-winning computer animation studio. In his research, he has found masters of innovation and reinvention—people who break the rules in ways that are constructive and productive. In his book "Rebels must be facilitated" he talks about the different types of rebels and how you can enable each for business success.
