About Bas
Bas Kodden is a Scientist-Entrepreneur, speaker, and researcher in the field of leadership. He is the Professor and Director of the Executive MBA program at Nyenrode Business University, known for his books: The Art of Sustainable Performance, The Devil Inside, Out of control and Rebels must be facilitated.
He has spent more than a decade studying rebels at organizations around the world, ranging from high-end boutiques in Italy's fashion capital, to the world's best restaurant, a thriving fast-food chain, and an award-winning computer animation studio. In his research, he has found masters of innovation and reinvention—people who break the rules in ways that are constructive and productive.
